Riide Customer Code of Conduct

PROVISIONS IN THE RIIDE CUSTOMER CODE OF CONDUCT

 

Among other things, to ensure mutual respect and courtesy between RIIDE and its customers and to ensure their safety at all times, and to prevent behavior that interferes with the rights of other customers and RIIDE’s staff, we ask that RIIDERS, Team RIIDE, and anyone on RIIDE premises adhere to the following code of conduct:

  • Show respect to Team Riide and other Riiders at all times
  • Be safe and courteous
  • Be reasonable and honest
  • Be cooperative and fair  
  • Help us to provide the best service possible

We will not tolerate any of the following: 

  • Offensive language including sexist, bigotry, or racist comments
  • Aggressive or threatening behavior
  • Harassment, violence, or intimidation
